Frequently asked questions

We take care to choose products that are compatible with each surface, including new flooring, countertops, cabinetry, and glass. We follow product instructions and test delicate or unfamiliar finishes before cleaning.

At Clean and Complete, we select professional-quality cleaning products based on the materials and finishes in each space. Our supplies include HEPA-filtered dust-removal equipment, microfiber cloths, surface-appropriate cleaners, and glass-cleaning solutions to help remove construction dust and leave your space looking its best.

We use a top-to-bottom cleaning process, starting with appropriate dust extraction using HEPA-filtered equipment, followed by careful microfiber wiping and detailed floor cleaning. This helps remove fine dust without simply spreading it around.

We can assess certain light residues and determine the appropriate cleaning method for the surface. Specialized removal of cured grout haze, paint, adhesives, or other stubborn construction materials may require separate products or services.

We aim to choose effective products with surface safety and responsible use in mind. If you prefer fragrance-free or EPA Safer Choice-certified products, please let us know when requesting a quote so we can discuss suitable options.
